Return Policy:
We accept returns for most items within specific time frames and conditions. Textbooks may be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase if unopened and in original condition, with a valid receipt. Exceptions apply if you drop a class—proof must be provided before the add/drop deadline. After that date, all textbook sales are final. General merchandise, such as apparel and supplies, can be returned within 14 calendar days with a receipt, provided items are unworn, unused, and have original tags attached. Technology items, electronics, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes but is not limited to calculators, prepaid/store gift cards, food and beverages, opened software or textbooks, and personal care items. For online purchases, the return window begins upon delivery confirmation, and returns must be postmarked within the applicable return period. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
