Accessing your digital purchase

It's easy to access your digital materials after purchase. First determine whether the product is CEI or VitalSource — you can usually tell by the type of redemption code provided.

What does a CEI redemption code look like vs a VitalSource code:

  1. CEI redemption codes are 12 digits in this format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. 

    Visit campusebookstore.com/redeem or watch the relevant videos below for all the steps to redeem your purchase.

  2. VitalSource codes are 20-digit Alpha numeric codes. Note: if you're using an iOS devise and have a redemption code, you must redeem the code through Bookshelf Online  before accessing it in the app.
